Remarks: 1.Quoted above are prices per thousand Chinese characters; according to relevant state provisions, calculation shall be based on characters of the Chinese version. For calculation of characters, the applicable figure is in “Tools”---“Word count”---“Characters” of Microsoft Word menu; documents with less than 1000 characters shall be charged as a document with 1000 characters.
2. An extra fee (30-100% of the normal charge) shall be charged for urgent translation.
3. Based on use and requirements, translation can be divided into general translation, professional translation, translation for publication as well as certificate translation.
4. This quotation is for reference only. The specific price shall be determined after the final assessment.

 1. Unless otherwise required by the client, our working hours for interpreting shall be 8 hours per day; the minimum service charge shall be based on half a day (4 hours) (not including simultaneous interpreting service); overtime shall be charged by hours with an extra fee which is 10%-50% of the original charge. (P.S. Our interpreters usually have a tight schedule, therefore it is recommended that you make an appointment 1~2 days in advance.)
2. Overtime shall be additionally charged. If any business trip to other cities is required, the client shall be responsible for the costs of travelling, accommodation and dining of the interpreter(s) (Simultaneous interpreting shall be discussed separately).
