Clients’ placement of order:

Sign the Agreement of Confidentiality if necessary.

Evaluation and Quotation:

Evaluate the documents and send quotation to clients via email or telephone.
1. Identify the professional background, levels and requirements of the project.
2. Identify the time limit and price of the project.

   
III Sign the contract after mutual consultation:

 1.Regulate project requirements in details and confirm the specific time limit;
 2. Sign the Agreement of Cooperation.

Advance payment:

 Identify the specific advance payment according to the condition of each project. For big project, separate payment and separate delivery of translated documents can be applied, for instance: charge RMB1000-1500 (or with certain proportion of total price) as down payment----deliver translation according to certain proportion----pay the remaining amount----deliver the remaining translation.

VI Project delivery:

 

Arrange the documents for separate delivery.
Deliver the project in accordance with the contract.

 

   
VII After-delivery service:

 

Should there be any problems concerning the translation from the clients end within 3 months after the delivery, we will offer modification for free.
